Services and materials for the operation, maintenance, alteration and overhaul of high speed platforms of the PG 84 Class for the ATHENA System for a five year period with an estimated requirement of 245,000 manhours. Panama City, Florida is the homeport for these test platforms. Services are also required to develop plans and estimate of cost relative to acquisition, operation, maintenance alteration, and overhaul of platforms, technical plans andstudies to satisfy customer requirements. Support is also required in areas of planning, estimating, procuring and otherwise facilitating embarked, scheduled, and projected experimental test programs. Security clearance to the level of secret is required in performance of tasks under a resultant contract. All responsible parties may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
