The Pre-Solicitation conference is still planned for 25 Jan 96 and is expected to be held at the Brooks Club, Bldg 204, Brooks AFB. Administrative information regarding the Pre-Solicitation Conference, such as agenda, directions, and hotels will be posted at the above internet site. A tentative agenda of the conference is as follows: Welcome/Introduction, Program Background/Operational Requirement, Tutor Demonstration, Overview of Cognitive Task Analysis, Acquisition Streamlining, Contracting Approach, and Question & Answer Session. The morning of 26 January has also been tentatively reserved to facilitate additional tutor demonstrations. The deadline for responding to the previous notice to attend the Pre-Solicitation Conference has been extended from 08 Jan 96 to 16 Jan 96. All responsible sources are invited to attend. This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Cost Plus Award Fee contract will be competitively awarded among all responsible sources and has a guaranteed minimum of $1.25M with a potential ceiling amount of $24.9M.
