Annual sales are estimated at $270,000. Basic contract term shall be 36 months with two options to extend for one-year period. The contractor is to provide manual cafeteria line service six days a week on all three tours. Vended food service is required seven days a week, 24 hours a day, including all federal holidays. Offerors must submit technical proposal which will be evaluated on the following criteria: Sanitation Practices; Personnel Staffing and Management; Menu Prices, Portion Sizes, and Management Controls; Menu Variety; Budget (pro forma), Accounting System, and Controls.
