But due to the partial shutdown of the Government we have been unable to obtain firms from the Small Business Administration to solicit. Therefore, this synopsis is to solicit parties who might be interested in this project if it should go out for bid unrestricted. The project consists of six (6) recreational sites as follows: Site 1. Campo de Recreo: One large and one small multipurpose play field, two multipurpose hard courts, one multipurpose sand court, a playlot, three medium gazebos, one large gazebo, three small overlooks, two small restroom facilities, one admin bldg., one well/pumphouse with waterlines, lighting and other electrical work, 18 picnic shelters, landscaping, signage, fencing, grading, drainage structures, shoreline protection, paved access and circulatory roadways, paved car parking, paved bus parking, and paved walks/trails. Site 2. El Atracadero: Paved access roadway, paved parking, admin bldg., restroom facility, boatramp with paved parking, 12 picnic shelters, three medium gazebos, paved walks/trails, lighting and other electrical work, landscaping, signage, guard rail, fencing, grading, retaining walls, drainage structures, shoreline protection, and well/pumphouse with waterlines. Site 3. Puerto Rustico: Grading, gravel trail, 12 campsites with lantern pole and impact pad, retaining walls, and composting waterless toilet. Site 4. El Mirador: Paved access road, paved parking, curbing, paved maintenaance trail, retaining walls, observation platform, landscaping, guard rail, grading, drainage, signage, fencing, and lighting. Site 5. Bella Mirada: Paved parking for cars, paved walks/trails, landscaping, grading, drainage, guard rail, and an overlook plaza with handrails. Site 6. Alto Balcon: Paved access roadway, paved parking, paved walk/trail to overlook platform, grading, drainage structures, landscaping, signage, fencing, guard rail, retaining walls, handrails, and lighting and other electrical work.
