Government furnished propulsion shafts are Monel Alloy K-500 hot finished, precision straight round, semi-smooth machined, precipitation treated, and ultrasonic tested to Federal Specification QQ-N-286E(SH). The overall dimensions are: shaft length - 27' .5355'', diameter - 4''. Ring Gauge, S/N 2010-01-F92-0223, shall be provided as Government Furnished Property. Repaired/Overhauled shafts shall be delivered F.o.b. Destination to U.S.C.G. Supply Center Curtis Bay, Baltimore, MD 21226. Resulting contract is to be a requirements type contract with a base year and four (4) option years. Delivery of repaired/overhauled shafts is to be made within approximately one-hundred and five (105) calendar days after receipt of a delivery order.
