Specific tasks include operation and support of the Document Archival Retrieval System; installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance of hardware and software in the TECOM Local Area Network; the Test Operation Procedures/International Test Operations Procedures; TECOM databases; the organization and conduct of conferences and symposia; and special engineering studies in support of Force XXI initiatives. Period of performance is one year with four one year option periods. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
