Offerors must propose on all locations (including options years) within this group to be considered for award. Only one contract will be awarded resulting from this solicitation. The period of performance will commence on 1 April 1996 through one year thereafter with three (3) priced one-year option periods, for a total performance period not to exceed 48 months.
