This project consists essentially of, but is not limited to the demolotion of Building 1273, former ammunition storage building and demolition of the Officers Club pool complex on Dover Air Force Base. Demolition of the pool involves the swimming pool, wading pool, filter house, bath house, fencing, and all associated piping. The resulting excavation shall be filled, compacted and hydroseeded. Demolition of Building 1273 shall include demolition and removal of the building, including mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, the underground fuel storage tank, and the cooling tower and its associated underground water tank. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency.
