The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) has a requirement to perform all operations necessary to completely remove and dispose of all wet and dry sludge and waste material from two digesters, the primary settling tanks, two stockpiles, and all sludge drying beds located at the old sewage treatment plant (vicinity of Bldg 190) and to clean the digesters and settling tanks sufficiently to allow for their demolition. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. SIC Code is 4952 ($5M).
