Stanley (719) 526-6632 (Site Code DAKF06) (Site Code DAKF06) Contractor shall provide administrative support and instructional services to deliver an adult, Army-Oriented Functional Academic Skills Training (FAST) program for soldiers and Adult Family Members. The contractor shall be accredited by an agency of the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation (COPA) or by any secondary commission of the regional accrediting associations. Contractor's instructors shall have a Baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Contractor's instructors shall have a current elementary, secondary, or adult education teaching certificate from any state or Department of Defense School. Math teachers must have 24 semester hours (or an equivalent) in Math courses or teaching math. Language teachers must have 24 semester hours (or an equivalent) in language (English) courses, or teaching English. Reading teachers must have twelve semester hours (or an equivalent) in reading courses. Estimated number of sessions being taught is 465 per year. Each session consists of a 3 hour block of instructions. The Government anticipates a firm-fixed price requirements contract for a base year and three one-year option periods.
