The solicitation will include a base year and two option years. Established dispatch center must be located within a fifty (50) mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV and must be licensed in accordance with all local, state and federal laws governing ambulance transportation services in those counties within the geographical limitation.
