The contractor shall furnish all labor materials, tools, supervision, and equipment, and perform all operations necessary to fully complete all work in place, as shown on the drawings or as needed to construct the family housing center. The family housing center consists of two buildings on two separate sites, the management center and the maintenance facility. Construction of each building, includes but is not limited to, a pre-engineered metal building on a reinforced concrete foundation, exterior walls of concrete masonry veneer on steel studwall, windows, doors/hardware, interior finishes, standing seam metal roofing system, site clearing/preparation, utilities, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other work as may be necessary to make each facility operational. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with contract documents. There is a non-refundable charge of $30.00 for each solicitation package. Make checks, money orders or bank drafts payable to accounting and finance. Only written requests will be accepted. The request and check, money order or bank draft must bear the solicitation number.
