This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Classifiaction (SIC) Code is 1521, general contractors - single family houses. This contract is being procured by competitive negotiation procedures. Contractors are required to submit both technical and cost proposals. The work includes, but is not limited to, selective interior repairs to one duplex housing unit on Porter Road (Quarters 11/12), selective interior repairs to one duplex housing unit on Upshur Road (Quarters 35/36), and selective interior repairs to three duplex housing units on Rodgers Roads (Quarters 45/46, 47/48. 49/50). Interior repairs include plaster repair and replacement, upgrading of bathrooms and kitchens, repainting of all painted surfaces, repair and upgrading of all floor surfaces, and replacement of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. The time for completion is 365 calendar days. The following technical criteria will be required: (1) Relevant Experience/Past Performance; (2) Schedule Management & Control; (3) Corporate Management; and (4) Project Management Plan.
