Q -- INTERPRETIVE/DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGIST SERVICE Sol. RFQ-432-016-6. Due 020896. Contact: Kenneth J. Crank, 719/784-9464, #6323. To establish a non-personal service contract for on-site diagnostic and interpretive Radiology services. The Contractor shall hold a current license in the United States and must be a graduate of an approved program in Radiology and must be board certified. The Contractor must be educated, experienced and skilled in MRI interpretation. The Contractor shall provide approximately 30 on-site sessions (4 hours per session), 2600 off-site interpretations and 74 MRI studies interpretations per contract year. The Contractor shall provide interpretive services for films taken on-site. The on-site diagnostic services shall be completed in the Radiology Departments at the respective institutions at the Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, Colorado. The location of all off-site interpretive services will be at the Contractor's discretion. The equipment for on-site diagnostic studies and on-site interpretation will be provided by the Federal Government. All equipment necessary for off-site interpretive services will be the responsibility of the contractor. The required services shall be performed Monday through Friday (excluding Government holidays), between the hours of 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM as required, and as mutually agreed to between the Contractor and the Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, Colorado, Health Services Units.
