Glen Jones, (310)494-5534 Provide autologous, directed donor and replacement donor services to the VA Medical Center, Blood Donor Services, 5901 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822 for the period April 1, 1996 through March 31, 1997. Services include all testing of blood with all regulations of the FDA and the State of California Public Health requirements. Resultant blood products will be required in the following estimated quantities (1) Fresh Frozen Plasma - 750 units; (2) Autologous Packed Red Cells - 250 units; (3) Directed Donation Packed Red Cells - 110 units; (4) Employee Donated Packed Red Cells - 1060 units; (5) Irradiated Fee - 35 units; (6) Cryoprecipitate, autologous with packed red cells - 2 units. Donor room to be operated twice weekly with Contractor providing minimum one RN, one LVN and one healthcare worker. RFP 600-007-96 will issue O/A January 23,1996 with proposals due February 22, 1996. All requests for RFP 600-007-96 must be in writing and all requests must contain capabilities of providing services. (0008)
