To establish a non-personal service contract for on-site Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The Magnetic Resonance Imaging Contractor must hold a current state license and must pass a professional credential vouchering process. On-site services shall be completed inside the secure perimeters of the institutions at the Federal Correctional Complex. All equipment necessary to perform the required services shall be provided by the Contractor. The contractor will provide one 8-hour session on a monthly basis, to total 12 sessions per contract year. The required services shall be performed Monday through Friday (excluding Government holidays), between the hours of 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM as required, and as mutually agreed to between the Contractor and the Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, Colorado, Health Services Units.
