Contractor personnel shall have a Baccalaureate Degree in English, Reading, or Mathematics from an accredited institution and a current state teaching certificate from any state's teacher accrediting agency; and a minimum of three years teaching experience. The contractor must be an accredited institution. Anticipated period of contract is 1 October 1996 thru 30 September 1997 with four one-year options.
