Sacramento District intends to award a sole source $100,000 modification to Robert B. Wong AIA under contract number DACA05-95-C-0104 for redesign of a general purpose administrative building. The AE design needs to be adapted to a new construction site location in order to meet the using agency's current mission under BRAC. The existing U. S. 5th Army Readiness Group Facility Design requires minor revision by this firm to provide continuity and consistency of AE responsibility and liability to the Government. See Note 22. (0008)
