EMBASSY/DEFENSE ATTACHE LUNCHEON PROGRAM, WASHINGTON, DC. JANUARY 23, 1996 Following a successful 1995 fall series hosting the Defense Attaches from Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and Poland, the January Luncheon features the Korean Embassy. This program has developed into an important forum for strengthening relations between the United States and the Defense Attaches from these countries. The January 23, 1996 program will be held at the Ritz-Carlton, 2100 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. Major General Yong Koo Kim, Defense Attache, will lead the discussion with the Korean Military Attache staff. The reception will begin at 11:30 am and the luncheon will begin at 12:15 pm.
