WRIGHT (404) 752-4194 (Site Code DAKF11) Contractor shall furish all labor, equipment and material necessary to mow, edge, trim, prune and pick up leaves for quarters located at Fort McPherson and Fort Gillem, GA. Occupied quarters mowing need to be performed every week during growing season and vancant quarters services will be performed when required. Contractor is not allowed to use riding mowers for mowing. Contractor is required to prune and shape the hedges at Colquit Street located at Fort McPherson. Contractor is required to furnish all equipment, labor and material to apply pre emergents, fertilizer, lime and aerate approximate 12 acres of family housing at Fort McPherson and 2.95 acres of family housing at Fort Gillem. Lawn area is contained to a 50 ft radius of the buildings. Contractor shall take soil samples at various location of all family housing areas and submit soil test results to Department of Public Works (DPW). No trucks, tractors or heavy equipment will be allowed on lawns. Only light weight equipment (Riding mowers) or long hoses used for spraying will be permitted when applying pre emergents, fertilizer, lime or aerating. Contractor will be liable for any damage to building, grounds or other vegetation. Contractor to apply chemicals in 5 applications. All in accordance with specifications.
