This solicitation invites proposals for construction of a Postal Retail Store at the Main Post Office located at 3900 Crown Rd., Atlanta, GA 30345-9998. Addition will contain approximately 10,000 SF of floor space. Construction features include, but are not limited to, metal sandwich panel exterior, steel columns and bar joist and modified bitumen roofing. Work also includes demolition, metal fabrication, carpentry, millwork, insulation, glass and glazing, interior finishes, signage, specialties, HVAC systems, concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving, concrete cure, gutters and other associated work including acquisition of required permits. All offerors must show ``Postal Retail Store'' construction as a general contractor within the past 18 months. Estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $1,750,000 with 120 days for construction after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
