Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to demolish wood handrails at existing ramp to Marine Safety Office and excavate for a new parking lot, an access drive and sidewalks. Excavated material to be hauled to an on-site stockpile. Provided new parking lot, access drive and approximately 85 linear ft. of new concrete sidewalk, including approximately 60 linear ft. of aluminum handrails. Lot will provide 20 parking spaces including pavement stripping. Job also includes raising two clean-outs, raising one electric hand-hole, one telephone hand-hole, and two guard posts, placing of fill material, topsoil, seeding and mulching.
