This solicitation invites proposals for construction of a Postal Retail Store for the Buckheed Station Post Office located at the Buckhead Loop at GA 400 (Buckhead Station Shopping Center), Atlanta, GA. The work includes demolition, metal fabrication, carpentry, millwork, glass and glazing, interior finishes, signage, specialties, HVAC systems, concrete sidewalks, and other associated work including acquisition of required permits. All offerors must show ``Postal Retail Store'' construction as a general contractor within the past 18 months. Estimated cost of this project is between $300,000 and $800,000 with 90 days for construction after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
