The work includes the construction of a 75 feet long by 25 feet wide addition to the existing maintenance building no. 138, including a small pest control facility. The addition will consist of a metal frame building with metal roof and concrete block walls, on a reinforced concrete floor slab. Installation of roll-up doors windows, connection of water, sanitary, electrical power, lighting, and telephone utilities. Demolition and disposal of two roll-up doors, and concrete block walls. Excavation, backfilling, grading and compaction for foundation work. Construction of access road, and all miscellaneous work depicted in these specifications and drawings required for a complete and tested ready installation. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contract completion time is 180 days after notice to proceed.
