This contract will establish a long term relationship with a prime contractor. This contractor will assume responsibility for total system performance. The potential scope of the effort is to include integration efforts, maintenance engineering support such as structural and software block cycle changes, development of modifications, data management, and configuration management. There is also the potential for including depot maintenance activities and modification kit production/installation. Offerors must possess the following minimum criteria: 1) Contract personnel and facility (documentation) security clearances of SECRET, 2) Previous experience with a contract of this magnitude, 3) Previous aircraft experience, 4) ability to respond within short timeframes and support worldwide locations with technical advice to resolve engineering requests and accident investigations. Responses should address the following areas: (1) Type of contract (FFP,CPIF, CPAF, etc.) preferred, (2) Length of contract you are will to contract for (10, 7, or 5 years?)
