J -- PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS AND INTERVENING SERVICE CALLS ON GOVERNMENT-OWNED HM3 KIDNEY LITHOTRIPTER SOL RFP 600-011-96 DUE 022396 POC Contact Point, Ella Rea Watters, (310)494-5534 To furnish all necessary labor, material, parts and transportation for the normal service requirements consisting of three (3) preventive maintenance inspections annually to be accomplished in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions and specifications of the solicitation as well as any applicable manufacturer's instructions on Model No. HM3 Kidney Lithotripter System as manufactured by Dornier Medical Systems. Normal service requirements will also include all necessary intervening service calls required between inspections to replace any worn or defective parts needed due to instrument failure. Contract potential for one (1) base period of twelve (12) months from date of award with two (2) one-year options. All qualified parties are invited to participate and RFP 600-011-96 will issue O/A 1/23/96 with proposals due O/A 2/23/96. All requests for RFP 600-011-96 must be in writing. (0009)
