J -- MAINTENANCE OF COMMISSARY REFRIGERATION AND HVAC SYSTEMS SOL F41689-96-R-0018 DUE 022096 POC Bob Stark tel: 210/652-2491/Barbara Untiedt The Air Force desires to acquire, in support of the Defense Commissary Agency (DECA), the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems in fourteen (14) military commissaries located in the Central Region (Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky area). The period of performance will commence on 1 April 1996 through one year thereafter with three (3) priced one-year option periods, for a total performance period not to exceed 48 months. Offerors need only submit a response including option years to be considered for award; however, offerors must propose on all locations within a group to be considered for award.
