In Military Family Housing, work consists of sanding and refinishing wood floors, consisting of sealing, sanding, and refinishing hardwood stairs with/without risers, painting and replacing hardwood flooring with new red oak. For the Base, work consists of refinishing wood floors in gymnasium and dance floor areas to include flooring repair and/or replacement, subfloor work, sanding, screening, wax/buffing, court striping, lettering. Floor types include cork, parquet, Robbins Sportwood, Robbins Perma-cushion, and hard maple. Performance period is for one year with four one-year options (if exercised). The contractor is guaranteed a minimum of $25,000 worth of work per year and an estimated maximum of $500,000 over the term of the contract. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price with indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
