Furnish all labor, tools, incidental engineering, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to replace the existing gas fired furnaces, cooling coils, condensing units, thermostats and air distribution with new equipment for one hundred (100) Turnkey housing units. Minor ductwork alterations of the furnace/coil discharge and return will also be required. Time for completion is 150 calendar days. Cost estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000.
