Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Ship Systems Engineering Station intends to procure on a sole source basis (50) Sampling and Detection Sets for Shimadzu model ET-35N Oil Content Monitors from Parmatic Filter Corporation the authorized Shimadzu Scientific Instruments representative in the United States. These sets will be utilized as spare parts to rotate calibrated sets during the calibration and maintinance of existing sets. The rotation will be an ongoing process for calibration and maintenance purposes.
