and Justification is 10 U. S. C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed contract
action is for supplies which can not be procured through full and open
competition because the authority cited states only one responsible
source or only a limited number of responsible sources and and no other
supplies will satisfy agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1. Firms that
recognize and can produce the required item described above are
encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer to
initiate the source approval process. Approved sources may participate
