This procurement consists of (1) providing on-call emergency response support within 3 hours; (2) providing on-call rapid response support within 24 hours; and (3) coordinating and executing annual spill response exercises. Work will be conducted at the three lake and powerplant projects on the upper Savannah River, including J. Strom Thurmond Lake and Dam, north of Augusta, Georgia; Richard B. Russell Dam and Lake, east of Elberton, Georgia; and Hartwell Lake and Dam, west of Anderson, South Carolina. Work also includes preparation of Spill Response Support Plans (SRSP). It is the Government's intent to award one indefinite delivery type contract as a result of this solicitation. The contract period will be for one year, with two additional one year options. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this project is 4959. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5 million.
