Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to procure General Dentistry services for all facilities of the IHS located within the states of Oklahoma and Kansas via full and open competition with a Contractor who would manage the General Dentistry Services to include dental specialty care not available through IHS direct programs, general dentistry relief services, and dental laboratory services. Period of performance to begin July 1, 1996 with four (4) pre-priced option years. This procurement will include a pre-proposal conference to be held on February 13, 1996 at the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service conference room at 2:00 p.m. Questions for the pre-proposal conference should be submitted by February 8, 1996 to address identified in item 7.
