It is estimated that approximate 9000 acres will require ground maintenance services. Work includes, but is not limited to, grass cutting, edging, trimming, raking, and sweeping. The contractor will also be responsible for the following maintenance: weed control, storm debris collection/disposal, tilling, soil testing, seeding and mulching, aeration, fertilizing, and lime. Contract type is a firm fixed price requirements contract for a base year and four option periods. Base period is slated for 01 March 1996 through 28 February 1997. SIC 0782/$5.0M. Therefore, for the purposes of determining small business status, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $5.0 million.
