Description of Work: Construct a rock dike in Richard B. Russell tailrace, located 600 feet downstream of the spillway. The groin of spur dike will be 300 feet plus or minus long. The core of the dike shall be constructed from Government-furnished stone estimated to be 12,500 tons. The mobilization site, an existing boat ramp and parking area will require repaving. Network Analysis System will not be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Solicitation documents will be available January 22, 1996 (approx.). In order to receive documents in a timely manner, requests should be received by January 12, 1996.
