Correction: The salinity control request for proposals (RFP), scheduled for release January 1, 1996, has been delayed. Although Reclamation has been able to continue to work during the fiscal year 1996 budget negotiations, our solicitor's, which work from a different budget authority, have been furloughed indefinitely. Until the solicitors return to work and catch up on their backlog, we will not be able to issue the RFP. The release of the RFP will be delayed at least one month.
