PRESOLICITATION NOTICE--The work includes the furnishing of all labor, approved material and equipment necessary for the ALTERATIONS FOR ACDS FACILITY, BUILDING 1, AT THE NAVAL COMMAND, CONTROL AND OCEAN SURVEILLANCE CENTER, IN-SERVICE ENGINEERING DIVISION, SAN DIEGO, CA. This project will construct a facility, approximately 5000 square feet, within an existing building.
