The work consists of repair and includes, but is not limited to, providing a complete repair and replacement of all existing deteriorated bathtub surround walls, wall finishes, and ceiling located in each toilet room. Provide complete replacement of existing bathtubs, associated trim, and all leaking domestic cold and hot water piping located in the existing pipe chase. Provide replacement of all existing toilet room ventilation systems with new packaged rooftop heat recovery units and provide new electrical systems to support the operation of new recovery units. The SIC Code/Size Standard for this project is 1522/$17.0 Million. The Magnitude of this project is between $500,00 and $1,000,000. This solicitation is being issued as UNRESTRICTED IAW public Law and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
