This project consists of removing existing roofing materials and replacing with insulation and asphalt roofing removing shingles and replacing with non-asphalt shingles, removing and replacing pitch from pitch pockets that house equipment, and sloping roof at stack for water drainage. The contractor will work around existing equipment, and shall flash around equipment as required to prevent water leakage. Work will be performed at Alameda Federal Center, 620 Central Avenue, Building 1, Alameda, CA 94501. It is recommended that the contractor visit the site prior to submitting an offer.
