Xenon Gas Specifications: 21000 Liters of Xenon Gas in eight 16 liter internal volume gas cylinders: 6 cylinders with 2500 liters of Xenon and 2 cylinders with 3000 liters of Xenon; CGA/580 connectors and 2 years demurrage on all cylinders. Xenon purity: 99.999+% purity with following impurity levels: Argon: ( 1.0 PPM; CO2: ( 0.5 PPM; CF4: ( 0.1 PPM; CO: ( 0.5 PPM; H2: ( 2.0 PPM; Krypton: ( 5.0 PPM; N2: ( 1.0 PPM; O2: ( 0.1 PPM; THC: ( 0.1 PPM; H20: ( 0.1 PPM; BALANCE: XENON. Certificate of analysis with actual measured amounts of the above contaminants in PPM or PPB required. The Small Business size standard for this procurement is 500 employees or less. An award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. It is anticipated that an award will be made on or about February 2, 1996. Delivery to Cleveland, Ohio, 44135. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) portion of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA). If the end product(s) quoted is other than domestic end products(s) as defined in the clause entitled ''Buy American Act -- Supplies,'' the quoter shall so state and shall list the country of origin.
