Kelly, Contracting Officer at (401) 841-2442 X295 FAX: (401) 841-4820 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWC) intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract to Motorola Inc., Government and Systems Technology Group - Secure Products Division - for the following Network Encryption equipment: (1) Improved Performance 802.3 Network Encryption System P/N: 01- P37200A011 (2 EA); (2) Improved Performance 802.3 Network Encryption System P/N: 01-P37200A013 (2 EA); (3) Improved Performance Dual Stack LAN/Internet including Software Disk, License Package, and 12 mos. maintenance (4 EA); (4) Product Server Software including: Software Disk, License Pack, and System Administration Manual, P/N: 78-P37484M (4 EA); (5) 802.3 Accessory Kit - Thick-Net (10base-5) including: 1 Ethernet cable/ transceiver, 1 TEMPEST Ethernet cable/transceiver, spare battery, and spare fuses. P/N: 78-P39926L (4 EA). The Network Encryption System (NES) devices will allow for classified information to be securely exchanged over unclassified networks. Compatibility with existing Motorola NES systems already installed at NUWC is required.
