Description: Provide investigation and Architect & Engineer Design for project to repair the spill containment basins at four above ground storage tanks. This effort is intended to bring spill containment structures into compliance with 40 CFR 112.7 (e) (2) (ii) and AFTO 37-1-1. Construction costs will range between $4 million and $5 million. The A-E firms will be evaluated on the following significant factors in relative order of importance: *Professional qualifications, specialized experience, professional capacity, past performance, location, volume of work, and computer aided drafting (AUTOCADD). A-E firms desiring consideration should be multi-disciplined or clearly indicate their consultants or joint ventures. For the purpose of A-E selection, the anticipated disciplines required for this project are civil and environmental. A-E firms desiring consideration must also submit both Standard Form 254 and Standard Form 255 with the appropriate data as described in note 24. Standard Form 254 and Standard Form 255 are also required for consultants or joint venture firms. Non-responsive firms will not be considered by the A-E selection boards.
