The successful offeror will provide technical support to the Office of the Manager, National Communications System (OMNC) in the development of image communication standards. The effort will be subdivided into four Tasks and multiple subtasks. The tasks are 1)Technical Work in Facsimile; 2) Technical Work in Video Teleconferencing; 3) Monthly Status Reports and 4) Final Reports. The two task key to this effort are Technical Work in Facsimile and Technical Work in Video Teleconferencing. The subtask for Facsimile are as follows; 1) Meetings and Contributions; 2) Enhancements to Facsimile; 3) Color Facsimile; 4) Scanned Images and 5) High Frequency Radio Facsimile.
