The Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, is seeking to identify sources that can provide initiation of cellular service with a local phone number and repair in the following areas: California (Sacramento, Fresno, Monterey, Merced, San Francisco, Los Angeles), Utah (Bountiful, Salt Lake City, Tooele), Colorado (Denver, Grand Junction), Nevada (Reno, Carson City, Las Vegas), Portland, OR, and Huntsville, AL; service must also be available in Florida, Texas, Washington state, Washington DC and Arizona. The contractor shall also provide the following: a single point of contact for all phones, 24-hour availability for service/billing/repair, emergency loaner phones, courier service for phones, a mobile technician, FTS2000 access, automatic call delivery (roaming), no change of phone number when travelling nationwide, data transmission capability, and cellular digital packet data capability in Sacramento area by contract award.
