J -- REMEDIAL AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR GOVERNMENT OWNED HEWLETT PACKARD INFORMATION PROCESSING RESOURCES AT TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT, TOBYHANNA, PA 18466 SOL DAAC71-96-R-0006 DUE 030896 POC Contract Specialist LINDA MYERS (717) 895-7518 (Site Code DAAC71) Remedial and preventive maintenance services for the following groups of Government owned information processing resources located at various installation sites at Tobyhanna Army Depot: HP3000 hardware including (1) HP 32440B, HP3000 series 44 process unit with I/O expansion kit, (1) HP 32440BH upgrade to the HP3000 series 44B and (1) HP1000 hardware system. HP1000 including (2) HP 2196C, A600 Model 26 systems,(15) HP 2392A display terminals, (3) HP2622A low cost block mode terminals, eleven (11) HP2934A enhanser dot matrix printers to 12K pages, (4) HP 2932A dot matrix printers usage to 12K pages, (2) HP82905B dot matrix printers with option, (4) HP2622A-050 thermal printers, (4) HP35731A monichrome monitors, (4) HP2392A monichrome graphics terminals, and (2) HP2199C, model 29A900 computer systems. At a minimum, preventive maintenance will include but not be limited to visual inspection, cleaning, lubricating, calibrating, and aligning of equipment on a quarterly basis. Remedial maintenance as required by the government to be completed on or before 4:00 Eastern on the next schedule Government work day. Contractor will be required to provide all necessary plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary to support and maintain the Government owned equipment. Period of performance is 01 July 1996 through 30 June 1997 with options for up to an additional (4) yearly maintenance periods. Offerors will be required to submit technical proposals. RFP DAAC-71-96-R-0006 applies. Approximate issue/closing dates are 8 Feb/8 Mar 96; exact dates will be as stated in the solicitation and will be based upon when it is actually issued. Although this solicitation is not set-aside, interested sources are requested to identify their business size when making requests. The SIC is 7374 with average annual receipts of $18 million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. (0011)
