This is a sole source requirement to Photronics Corporation, 270 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge, NY 11787, to acquire contractor maintenance support to upgrade 15 each, Captive Boresight Harmonization Kits to Engineering Change Proposal 1209 by Modification Work Order 9-4935-476-50-1. The engineering change proposal shall delete the roll measuring unit, pylon rack adapter, and gun mandrel. It shall modify the mainframe assembly, periscope frame assembly, and the thrihedral periscope unit. The requirement includes FY 96 base year option requirements and FY 97 options. Offerors must be approved and qualified. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
