Synopsis No. 5440-95 (MA) This is a sole source requirement to Photronics Corporation, 270 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge, NY 11787, to acquire contractor operated depot level support for the calibration and/or repair of various NSN's and part numbers for secondary items, supporting assemblies, and assemblies/subassemblies of the production configured AH-64A APACHE Captive Boresight Harmonization Kit. The requirement includes FY 96 base year option requirements, FY 97 and FY 98 out year option requirements. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
