J -- ON-SITE MAINTENANCE, GROWTH, AND UPGRADE OF AN INTECOM IBX S/80 TELEPHONE SYSTEM SOL SSA-RFP-96-2572 DUE 012996 POC Jerry Burton Tel: (410) 965-9487 The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to procure on-site (i.e, CE stationed on premises) maintenance with optional periphery equipment growth, hardware and software required for upgrade to an Intecom System E, and various operations support services for the Intecom IBX S/80 telephone system serving SSA's Northeastern Program Service Center in Jamaica, NY. Moreover, maintenance and the optional upgrade must cover the whole IBX configuration which includes the switching system, VMX Voice Mail, and a PC LAN based CDR system. A firm-fixed-price contract with one base year and four one-year renewal options is expected to be utilized to acquire the services, hardware, and software described above. (0011)
