The contract is for the fabrication and installation of two stainless steel extensions to the existing NUWC water tunnel while ensuring that original flow performance parameters are maintained by the modified facility. Government drawings of the current facility appropriate for competition do not exist. Aerolab is the manufacturer of the current water tunnel. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated, with delivery/installation due 2 months after contract award. Simplified acquisition procedures apply- set-aside for small business.
