O'SULLIVAN, (215)697-9685 The FISC Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia intends to contract on a sole source basis with JSA Healthcare Corporation for additional patient visits to the existing Ambulatory Care contract N00140-90-C-DB26 at the Naval Hospital in Camp Pendleton, CA. An additional 15,500 basic quantity visits are required. This action is taken pursuant to the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The visits will be added by contract modification to ensure continuation of services beyond 29 February 1996. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties who maintain that they are technically qualified should submit within 30 days after the date of publication of this synopsis factual data and other pertinent information as desired to be used as an evaluation basis to determine competence to successfully perform the required services. All technical responses received within the 30 day notice will be considered by the Government. The Government reserves the right not to open this requirement to competition based on technical responses to this notice. Technical responses and requests received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Number is 8059. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia. The Solicitation will require the submission of cost/price and technical proposals.
